Well, here I am working one of my last days at D.C. Metal before I move back to Bloomington to start my sophomore year at IU.
The next few weeks will be exciting.
This weekend in particular will be crazy. I have to get all the furniture I'm needing to take to the new apartment loaded and ready to leave by Monday morning. Besides the furniture (which will be the biggest problem) I have to pack all of my personal belongings as well.
I suppose this is inevitable, but I am sad to say most of my studio work will have to be put on hold for an indeterminable amount of time (unless you can schedule a time with me that I will be home from Bloomington on a weekend) while I am at school for the year. However, I will still be doing events that fit into my schedule, such as weddings.
That's all for now...back to work!

Portraiture Album Update!

Senior Portrait Specials
For the next four weeks, I will be doing a special on senior pictures for the school year of 2007-2008.
You get 18 different poses for a $75 sitting/retouching fee + the cost of prints. You can buy prints of however many different poses you like!
Contact me for a price list of print prices and additional services, such as getting your name & graduating year on your prints, or add a cute frame.
I am also taking wedding clients at the moment, and will have a wedding portfolio up on the site very soon.
On a side note, I had an amazing time in Alabama and took lots of fun pictures. I will have a new album up in the next day or two of a collection I shot at the (abandoned) site of the old Bryce State Mental Hospital.
Thanks for stopping by!!!

Alabama in T minus 3 days!
Alright, I couldn't be more excited right now. Meghan and I are leaving for Alabama on Thursday morning to visit my good friend Reata. Of course, Reata has tons of fun things planned for us already, so I don't have to worry about not having fun. :) The only thing I'm a bit worried about is the drive down and back, because this will be my first long road trip where I am the one driving (well, half the time).
I will be back Sunday evening with a couple gigs of pictures ready for your viewing pleasure.
See you then!

Moo MiniCards

Okay, so I thought these things were a must-have for anyone in the photography/graphic design business.
I just got an email today saying mine will be here in 5-7 days, so I am really excited!
They are basically mini business cards that you can put your artwork on (the front) by using pictures you already have uploaded to a photo service like Flickr. On the back you can write whatever you want, like your name, contact information and website.
On a more personal note, my summer is really starting to take off. I am working full time at my father's business, freelancing special events at the Washington Times-Herald, and shooting as much studio work as possible. Tonight my friend Kassie and her younger sister are coming up from Tell City for pictures and then us three and Meghan are going out for dinner, so that should be fun and a little different from the norm. :)

New Gallery Up!

Help?
Okay, we are having some trouble figuring out a problem we're having with Flickr and my photo galleries. When you go to the actual gallery, the title of it is wrong. I've tried changing the titles on Flickr a few times, but to no avail. Let me know if you can help. It would be much appreciated.

New Site Design---Up and Running!
Hello everyone!
I'm pleased to announce the new site is finally up and running after a grueling two days at the side of my dear friend and site designer, Reata Strickland. She did an amazing job. I absolutely love the new design and I hope you do, too.
Now that I have an easier way to publish my artwork, be sure to check in quite often for new photos added to my galleries. I will let you know through the blog where to look and for what.
I apprecate any comments or criticism, so don't hesitate. :)
Will be back soon!
